What Happens Now?

Call our office now to arrange for a personal assessment to take place

Our Registered Manager will contact you to arrange a convenient time to call to perform the assessment.

This assessment gives you a chance to discuss all your needs.

The Registered Manager will take all the details and agree with you a plan of care.

The plan of care will be documented and the documentation (Care Plan) will be returned to you in a follow up visit for you to check and agree to.

Once the Care Plan has been agreed a contract will be written up between you and the agency and care will commence.

You can then rest assured in your own home knowing that you will be supported to stay in your own home in a happy safe environment.
